Fire Safety Advisors is a California-based fire protection consulting firm specializing in code compliance, plan review, and fire and life safety risk analysis.
The firm is led by Noah B. Fisher, CFPS, who brings more than 20 years of experience in fire service, fire prevention, and fire protection consulting. His background integrates frontline emergency response with regulatory enforcement and technical code review, providing clients with practical, defensible, and compliant fire protection strategies.
Fire Safety Advisors operates with a structured engineering and regulatory mindset — emphasizing life safety, property protection, and long-term compliance.
Leadership
Noah began his fire service career in 2004 as a firefighter and advanced through roles including Engineer and Relief Fire Captain at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. His experience includes hazardous materials response and nuclear emergency preparedness within a highly regulated environment.
He later transitioned into fire prevention and consulting, serving as a Fire Protection Consultant and Senior Fire Prevention Inspector for the Huntington Beach Fire Department.
Noah currently serves as a Campus Fire Marshal for California State University, conducting fire and panic safety plan reviews under delegated authority from the California Office of the State Fire Marshal.
